  • > Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in stores and procurement management (in the automobile Industry is an added advantage)
  • > Degree in Business Management or relevant field preferred
  • > Very good Interpersonal and leadership skills and should be a Team player
  • > Excellent communication Skills
  • > Should have been knowledge of MS OFFICE and MS EXCEL

 

>>> Main Responsibilities

  • > Inventory Management: Supervise and manage the organization’s Inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods or materials
  • > Stock Control: Implement and maintain Inventory control systems to track stock levels, monitor stock movements, and avoid overstocking or stock outs
  • > Procurement and Purchase Orders: Coordinate with procurement teams or departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders for required Items
  • > Quality Assurance: Oversee the Inspection of Incoming goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • > Storage and Organization: Ensure the proper organization and arrangement of goods in the storage area for easy access and efficient space utilization
  • > Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of Inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant documents related to the stores department
